West Ga. Marketplace ("we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
1. Reporting Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via our Service, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent. This must include your signature, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
4. Repeat Infringers
West Ga. Marketplace reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
