Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Thank you for using West Ga. Marketplace. This policy outlines the terms regarding payments for our digital advertising and featured services.
1. Digital Services
West Ga. Marketplace provides digital services, including but not limited to:
Featured Classified Ads ($3.00)
West Ga. Spotlight Premium Placement ($25.00)
2. No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable.
Immediate Delivery: Once a payment is processed, the "Featured" or "Premium" status is applied to your listing immediately. Because the service is rendered at the moment of activation, we cannot offer refunds.
User-Initiated Removal: If you choose to delete your ad or listing before the 30-day (Premium) or Featured period has ended, you will not receive a pro-rated refund.
Account Suspension: No refunds will be issued for users whose accounts are suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
3. Cancellations
Automatic Expiration: Premium Business Spotlight ads ($25) are valid for 30 days. They do not automatically renew via a recurring subscription unless specifically noted. They will simply expire and revert to a free listing.
Manual Renewal: It is the user's responsibility to manually renew listings if they wish to maintain featured status.
4. Payment Disputes
We encourage users to contact us directly at support@westgamarketplace.com with any billing concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks are a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in the permanent banning of your account.
